• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): We generally accept orders for a minimum of 20 pieces.
• Order Confirmation: An order is only considered "confirmed" once a formal work order agreement is finalized and the agreed-upon advance payment is received.

3. Customization and Intellectual Property

• Design Accuracy: While we strive for high precision in DTF printing, screen printing, and embroidery, slight variations in color (hex codes) and placement may occur during the physical production process.
• Client Designs: We maintain the privacy of designs provided by our customers. However, by providing a design, you warrant that you own the rights to that intellectual property and indemnify Enduring Grace against any copyright infringement claims.
• Brand Rights: All content on this website, including the "Enduring Grace" logo and specific product imagery, is the property of Abbas Makda and Enduring Grace.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We provide shipping services across India. Delivery timelines provided during the quoting process are estimates. While we prioritize timely service, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen manufacturing hurdles.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Customized Goods: Because our products are customized to specific client requirements (stitching, printing, or embroidery), we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product has a verifiable manufacturing defect.
• Ready Stock: For non-customized ready stock, return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Enduring Grace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use this website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
